Michael Tiernan assists parties to resolve their legal disputes. He facilitates good negotiation and communication so that people make good decisions for all the right reasons. Michael became a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist Mediator in 2005. Before that he had been a partner at Maurice Blackburn for 20 years. There he practised in various areas of the Law including Personal Injuries, Business Law, Property Law and Liquor Licensing. He was an LIV accredited Business Law Specialist.
